PakGames Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1. Introduction

Welcome to PakGames. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PakGames ("we", "us", "the Platform") when you access, register or use any service on pakgames.click. By creating an account or placing any bet on PakGames, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything in these Terms.

We have written these Terms in plain English specifically so Pakistani players can understand them without needing a lawyer. That said, these are legally binding – please take them seriously. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding.

PakGames offers sports betting (cricket, football and more), live casino, esports betting, online slots and related entertainment services. All monetary values on PakGames are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PakGames you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. PakGames operates a strict 18+ policy. We conduct age verification checks and will suspend any account where the player is found to be under 18. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one PakGames account. Operating multiple accounts – under any name or using any method – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration (name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details) must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion on PakGames.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must be betting with your own funds for your own personal use – not on behalf of any other person or business.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

Your PakGames account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or OTP with anyone – including people who claim to be PakGames staff. PakGames will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

3.2 Verified Account Benefits

Completing full verification on your PakGames account unlocks higher withdrawal limits and guarantees sub-5-minute processing on Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Unverified accounts may face delays and restricted limits. Verification requires a valid CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If your PakGames account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month deducted from the remaining balance. PakGames will notify you via the registered mobile number before any deduction begins. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in.

3.4 Account Currency

All PakGames accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits received in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. All bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are settled in PKR.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

PakGames accepts the following Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Full details, processing times and any applicable limits are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on PakGames is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances. Withdrawal limits may apply to specific payment methods or unverified accounts – see the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

PakGames processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts, 24 hours a day. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 banking business days depending on your bank. PakGames does not charge fees on withdrawals from our side; your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees which are outside our control.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, PakGames requires withdrawals to be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit in the same session where possible. We will not send funds to a third-party account not registered in your name.

4.5 Responsible Funding

Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. PakGames does not offer credit or loans. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please use the deposit limit tools in your account settings before it becomes a problem.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on PakGames are subject to acceptance by our trading team. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and it appears in your Active Bets section. PakGames reserves the right to reject any bet or limit bet sizes without explanation, though we do this rarely and only when there is a specific operational reason.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market, event type and individual account history. PakGames may impose personalised limits on accounts displaying irregular betting patterns.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

PakGames takes care to ensure odds are published correctly, but human and technical errors can occur. If odds are published that are clearly incorrect (palpable errors), PakGames reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded. This includes situations where odds are manifestly out of line with the market for that event at the time of bet placement.

5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match starts but is abandoned before the scheduled conclusion, the outcome is determined by how much of the event was completed. Where at least 50% of a cricket match (by overs) is complete, most match-level markets will stand. Specific market rules are detailed in the sport-specific betting rules available within the PakGames sportsbook.
• Live bets placed during a match that is subsequently abandoned are voided unless the outcome of the specific market was already determined before abandonment.

5.5 Results and Settlement

PakGames settles bets as soon as the official result is confirmed by the governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). For esports, results are taken from official tournament administrators. If an official result is reversed after settlement (e.g., due to DRS, referee review or disciplinary proceedings), PakGames will re-settle affected bets when the final official result is confirmed.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games on PakGames use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by recognised testing laboratories (eCOGRA, iTech Labs or equivalent). Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities using physical equipment (real cards, real wheels) verified by the respective game provider. PakGames does not alter game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Published RTP figures for slots and casino games reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage as verified by the game provider's certification. Actual results for any individual session will vary. A 97% RTP slot does not guarantee 97% of your session stake is returned – it is a statistical measure across millions of rounds.

6.3 Live Casino Specific Rules

Live casino tables are subject to table-specific betting limits shown in the game interface. If a technical failure occurs during a live casino round (stream drop, connection loss) that prevents correct settlement, the round will be reconstructed from server logs if possible. If it cannot be reconstructed, affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Esports Integrity

PakGames takes match integrity very seriously across all esports products. Any player found to have used insider information, placed bets connected to match-fixing or manipulation will have their account closed and all winnings forfeited. PakGames cooperates with esports integrity organisations and will report suspicious activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New PakGames members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as described on the current promotions page. The bonus is credited as bonus funds to your PakGames wallet, not as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or winnings generated from them become withdrawable.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, PakGames bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times the bonus amount). For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 100,000 before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed on excluded markets (typically low-margin betting) do not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

PakGames has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes (but is not limited to): using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee rollover without risk ("bonus scalping"), using VPNs or false identity information to access promotions, and coordinated betting to exploit promotional offers. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds (including deposited funds beyond the original stake amounts) may be withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All PakGames bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are removed from your account. PakGames will send a reminder notification before bonus expiry via your registered mobile number.

8. Responsible Gaming

PakGames is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following player protection tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take 72 hours to apply.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You'll receive an alert when your session time limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from PakGames for a fixed period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week or month across your entire PakGames account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PakGames and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or scripts to access, monitor or interact with PakGames services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to PakGames immediately via support@pakgames.click.
• Colluding with other players or PakGames staff to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using inside information (e.g., team news not publicly available, match-fixing involvement) to place bets.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, ban or offer limitation.
• Accessing PakGames via a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Any harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour directed at PakGames staff, other players or third parties through PakGames channels.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on PakGames – including the logo, platform design, software, graphics, text, odds data and game content – is the property of PakGames or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any PakGames content without prior written permission.

Third-party game content (slots, live casino, esports data) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, etc.) and is licensed to PakGames for display purposes only.

11. Privacy & Data

PakGames collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using PakGames, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data we need to operate your account, process payments and comply with our legal obligations (including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and PakGames is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Your account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never held in plain text.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakGames's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PakGames is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet outages, third-party payment system failures, force majeure events or circumstances outside PakGames's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security (e.g., sharing your password).
• Decisions made based on information displayed on PakGames that proves to be inaccurate or delayed (e.g., live score data during in-play betting).

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your PakGames account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.2 Suspension by PakGames

PakGames may suspend or permanently close an account, withhold funds pending investigation, or void bets/winnings in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Where PakGames suspends an account without cause being later established, any verified legitimate funds will be returned. We do not withhold player funds without genuine cause.

14. Changes to These Terms

PakGames may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal obligations or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via SMS or the registered email address at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
• Post a prominent notice on the PakGames homepage during the notification period.

Your continued use of PakGames after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
